When I'm not teaching...

Before arriving at Berlin, I taught at Maple Hill High School, West Sand Lake elementary school and photojournalism at SUNY Albany.

I have worked as a photojournalist for over 15 years, and continue collaborating with media outlets and private organizations.

Community is important to me. As a member of the Open Spaces committee in the town of Sand Lake, we highlighted the beauty in our town by creating walking trails. I am now working to build a dog park. I find joy outside exploring the natural world and playing with Jack the dog.
